Zero Tolerance to Discrimination

We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. That’s why we have launched three reporting tools: Zero Tolerance to Racism, Zero Tolerance to Ableism and Zero Tolerance to LGBTQIA+ Discrimination. These tools make it easy for you to report any incidents of racism, ableism or LGBTQIA+ discrimination that you see or experience.

To report an incident, simply visit the most appropriate reporting tool. You will be asked to provide some basic information about the incident.

Once you have submitted your report, we will contact you to provide you support and agree with you how you wish us to progress and investigate the incident and agree with you appropriate action. We will also keep you updated on the status of your report if you provide your contact details, if the report is anonymous we will investigate based on the information that you provide but won’t be able feedback to you.

If your report is about more than one type of discrimination please use the reporting form that you feel comfortable with; there is no need to fill more than one form in, as there will be consistency in representation of Circle groups.

We understand that racism, ableism and LGBTQIA+ discrimination are serious problems, and we are committed to doing everything we can to address them. By reporting incidents, you are helping us to create a more inclusive and equitable environment for everyone.
