Please can all choir members complete this form by 23:59 on Thursday 23 February. The results will be used to determine who will be taking part in the “Sing for the King” documentary and performance if we are chosen by the BBC to take part.

We have not yet had our participation in this project confirmed and we are still in the casting stage.
