Are you interested in improving patient care? Do you want to be involved in Quality Improvement Projects within our hospitals?
The Continuous Quality Improvement Team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is dedicated to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the whole organisation with the ultimate goal of improving our services for both patients and staff alike. We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about making positive changes and willing to provide their insights and expertise as patients or carers/relatives of patients in Quality Improvement Projects within the Trust. This bank of people will provide an alternative and important point of view which could be extremely beneficial to our services.
If you would like to be involved, we just need a few details from you which we will hold on file and offer to the different areas of the Trust should a project be started which would benefit from patient or carer/relatives input. Please note that we cannot specify a time frame for the services to contact you, this will depend entirely on what projects are underway at any given time.
For further details or if at any point you wish to withdraw your consent from being contacted about Quality Improvement Projects, please email hyp-tr.qualityimprovement@nhs.net.
If you would like to make a complaint or give any kind of feedback on a particular service, please contact the Patient Experience Team at hyp-tr.Pals.mailbox@nhs.net.
