Sustaining Resilience at Work (StRaW) is a programme designed by mental health experts to assist anyone experiencing stress, regardless of the trigger, if it is having an impact on them at work. We have fully-trained StRaW practitioners who can listen to you, in confidence, and help you come up with a plan to help you feel better. This form allows you to refer yourself, or a member of your team if you are a manager, for a StRaW assessment with one of our practitioners.
